Implementasi Digital Health Service Dan Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Pasien Di Klinik Pratama Mitra Mikayla

Transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan mendorong fasilitas layanan primer untuk mengadopsi sistem berbasis teknologi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan. Klinik Pratama Mitra Mikayla menghadapi permasalahan berupa antrian manual yang panjang, keterbatasan akses informasi rekam medis, dan rendahnya kepuasan pasien. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan digital health service melalui pelatihan tenaga kesehatan dan staf administrasi, serta mendampingi penerapan sistem pendaftaran online, rekam medis elektronik, dan manajemen antrian digital. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup empat tahap: identifikasi masalah, perencanaan solusi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan serta kuesioner kepuasan pasien terhadap 30 responden. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dari 47,3 menjadi 84,3 (meningkat 78,2%), sedangkan kepuasan pasien meningkat dari 52,7% menjadi 85,3% (peningkatan 32,6 poin persentase). Seluruh dimensi kepuasan menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik (p < 0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa implementasi digital health service secara terencana dan berkesinambungan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien di klinik pratama
