Peer Review Process
All submitted articles will be reviewed by the editor. This evaluation includes the focus and scope of the journal, the level of similarity, and the suitability of the writing with the rules. If it does not meet the requirements, the article will be returned to the author immediately.
After going through the initial review process, articles will be sent to at least 1 reviewer. The review process takes approximately 1–3 weeks. All comments from reviewers will be sent to the corresponding author's email listed in each article. Authors are required to revise and return the revised results at least 2 weeks after the request for revision was first sent.
The final decision is made based on the information obtained from the peer-review process. There are four decisions: decline, resubmit, revision, and accept.
Decline Submission
The manuscript is considered unacceptable for publication in the Syadani Journal and re-submission is not possible.
Resubmit for review.
Submitted manuscripts are unacceptable and require major revision, but there is potential for new versions of manuscripts to be received. Authors will be offered the opportunity to resubmit the manuscript as a new submission and will be reviewed by the editor on the suitability of the manuscript to journal rules.
Revision
The manuscript requires minor revisions before a final decision is made. Authors were asked to modify their manuscripts based on comments received from reviewers. Authors are required to revise articles based on comments from reviewers and return them to the editor a maximum of 2 weeks after the last revision request was sent. The editor will re-examine the revised manuscript and does not rule out the author being asked to revise it again. If the author does not make revisions and does not return the manuscript according to the provisions, then the manuscript can be rejected from publication.
Accept
Manuscripts are accepted for publication. However, prior to publication, a manuscript editing process will be carried out to ensure the manuscript complies with the journal's criteria. The script editing process consists of:
- Copyediting
of article content and language editing are carried out by the Editors Team in accordance with the style of the journal. - Layouting
to layout journal articles according to the standard layout and style of the journal's environment. - Proofreading
Checks for remaining errors, such as misspelled words, misplaced punctuation marks, such as typos, grammatical errors, punctuation errors, formatting errors, missing words, inconsistency of writing style or use of words or terms, or page formatting.
Please always monitor the progress of the article's progress through OJS.
