Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan SDM DIU untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Bisnis melalui Capacity Building merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha di lingkungan Direktorat Inovasi dan Usaha Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pengembangan unit usaha berbasis inovasi di lingkungan perguruan tinggi menunjukkan potensi yang cukup besar, namun sering kali masih dihadapkan pada keterbatasan kemampuan manajerial dan strategi bisnis yang terstruktur. Oleh karena itu, program ini dirancang untuk memberikan ruang pembelajaran sekaligus pendampingan bagi para pengelola usaha agar mampu mengembangkan bisnis secara lebih profesional dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan capacity building yang mencakup pelatihan manajemen bisnis, workshop pengembangan strategi usaha, serta pendampingan implementasi model bisnis pada unit usaha yang terlibat dalam program. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep pengelolaan usaha, perencanaan strategi bisnis, serta pentingnya inovasi dalam pengembangan produk dan layanan. Selain itu, peserta juga mulai menyusun rencana pengembangan usaha yang lebih terarah sesuai dengan kondisi dan potensi yang dimiliki. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia serta mendukung peningkatan kinerja bisnis unit usaha di lingkungan DIU secara lebih terstruktur dan berkelanjutan
