Abstract

Kajian ini menelusuri keterkaitan antara nilai-nilai filial, spiritualitas, dan integritas pada aparatur sipil negara (ASN) muda di Indonesia dalam konteks pembentukan etika birokrasi modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratoris dengan melibatkan 36 ASN muda yang telah bekerja selama empat bulan dan sedang mengikuti Pelatihan Dasar CPNS. Data diperoleh melalui esai reflektif yang berisi narasi pengalaman moral dan spiritual peserta, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan doa orang tua berperan sebagai fondasi moral yang terinternalisasi menjadi etika profesional di lingkungan kerja. Spiritualitas dipahami tidak semata sebagai praktik ritual, melainkan sebagai kesadaran moral yang menuntun perilaku etis dan pengambilan keputusan yang berintegritas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa proses pembentukan integritas birokratik berakar kuat pada nilai-nilai keluarga dan spiritualitas personal. Meskipun demikian, hasil kajian ini juga memunculkan refleksi kritis terhadap fenomena birokrasi yang lebih luas, di mana masih maraknya praktik koruptif dapat dibaca sebagai indikasi melemahnya kontinuitas nilai-nilai filial dalam sistem birokrasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan nilai filial dan spiritualitas dalam pembinaan ASN melalui mentoring lintas generasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk menelaah lebih jauh dinamika keberlanjutan nilai moral dari keluarga menuju budaya birokrasi modern.
