Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SMK saat ini telah banyak yang menggunakan media sosial, namun masih ada kesenjangan antara kebutuhan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital dan pengelolaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Harapan kedepan dengan pemanfaatan media digital, serta ketersediaan materi digital bisa menyelesaikan masalah untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis tim bagi siswa SMK di Kecamatan Mijen. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan pembelajaran berbasis tim dengan memanfaakan media sosial, pengembangan media digital, serta pemanfaatan media sosial untuk pembelajaran afterschool. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan bagi 20 guru MGMP Produktif di Kecamatan Mijen. Pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan multidimensional yang mencakup: ceramah untuk memberikan dasar teoretis; diskusi untuk berbagi ide dan solusi; serta praktik langsung melalui simulasi dan studi kasus. Integrasi metode ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan transfer pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru produktif. Hasil dari pelatihan pengelolaan pembelajaran berbasis tim untuk kegiatan afterschool dengan bantuan media sosial berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan konten digital dan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur media sosial seperti Instagram untuk mendukung pembelajaran, yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan nilai pretest ke posttest dan kemampuan membuat konten digital yang relevan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berdampak pada peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pengembangan konten digital, optimalisasi pembelajaran afterschool, relevansi kurikulum, kualitas pembelajaran, dan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan.
