Membangun Kapasitas Digital Guru di Jawa Tengah Melalui Pengembangan Kompetensi Produksi Media Pembelajaran

Media pembelajaran digital menjadi tren saat ini sehingga guru harus memiliki kompetensi dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Namun, di Jawa Tengah khususnya belum keseluruhan guru memiliki kemampuan dalam mengembangkan media sebagai alat bantu dalam membangun proses pembelajaran bermakna. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi guru di Jawa Tengah dalam mengembangkan keterampilan pengembangan media pembelajaran digital. Metode pengabdian melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dipilih untuk memberikan materi terkait perancangan dan pengembangan media digital berbasis aplikasi android. Pengabdian dilakukan dalam kurun waktu 6 hari dengan skema 2 hari pemberian materi secara daring dan 4 hari dilakukan pendampingan kepada peserta pelatihan. Sebanyak 1044 peserta yang merupakan guru di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Tengah ikut serta dalam program pelatihan tersebut. Hasilnya sebanyak 75% peserta berhasil mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital berbasis aplikasi android.
